My weekly class at JV Music is the highlight of my week. I study with Jagan sir, who has been an excellent guide in getting me to where it is I want to go with the piano., and behind the desk makes sure I am up-to-date on everything from my membership to the latest school-related news.

The best part of my lessons is the dialogue I have with my instructor. As I come to new concepts in music or have something I want to explore to improve my understanding of a topic, all my ideas and questions are thoroughly discussed, and I can’t tell you how much that helps me in my practice and making improvements in my playing.

Having had experience with a number of other instructors and guitar schools, I can offer no higher recommendation than JV Music Academy. I have been taking lessons for over a year now and never thought I would progress so rapidly in such a dauntingly challenging genre as Flamenco. In one year, I went from learning scales and basic strumming techniques to playing traditional Flamenco standards and original pieces by some of the masters. But my progress is very typical of the student experience here. The instructors provide the ideal scaffolding for success.
